Our specialized rehabilitation program at Amana Healthcare is overseen by resident consultants in Physical and Rehabilitation medicine. The physicians work closely with a strong multidisciplinary team to offer bespoke rehabilitation programs for each individual patient.

Our team of specialists work closely to assess and manage difficulties that arise from post-acute care conditions that could have a direct or indirect impact on mood, behaviour and cognition of our patients.

Our team of Consultant Nephrologists, Pulmonologists and Gerontologists support the variety of clinical needs for each of our patients.

All our nurses are experienced professionals and are recruited from around the globe. Each individual resident’s nursing requirements are assessed based on their need and individualized care plans.

Our team of Physiotherapists focus on building physical strength, balance and co-ordination to assist in enhancing physical independence and build confidence in restoring the best physical function following an acute physical and/or neurological injury, trauma or disease.

Our team works to enhance independence in daily activities following a physical and/or neurological injury, trauma or disease progression by creating personalized strategies and goals in order to achieve the best possible functional outcome for each patient.

We offer specialized interventions via a team of expert trained Speech and language therapists to assess and treat acquired disorders of communication and/or swallowing.

Our Respiratory Therapists work closely with the physicians and nurses in assessing and managing the oxygen and breathing of all our residents. Our team focuses on creating individualized care plans to meet the needs of your loved ones.

Our Dietitians play an essential role in improving the quality of life of our residents who often have complex medical conditions that have the potential to result in nutritional deficiencies.

Our team reviews residents for the need of customized splints, Braces, orthosis and Prosthetic devices. Prosthetists and orthotists help to improve movement and function, to increase quality of life and optimize function to ensure that it fits correctly and is offering the right support to prevent any further contractures and deformities.

Patient and Family Experience (PFE) is the sum of all interactions during a patient’s entire stay in Amana Healthcare that affects their overall experience and recovery. Amana Healthcare PFE team engages with our patients prior to their admission until discharge and they return home.

We provide premiere tissue viability services for patients who require specialist care or holistic support in pressure injury prevention and management, stoma care, diabetic foot ulcer prevention and treatment, burns care, lymphoedema and complex/ advanced wound management.

We focus on educating patients with disabilities in learning, development, behavior and other related areas, using art therapy and recreational therapy.
