The Heartsaver CPR/AED First Aid training is designed for everyone and strives to provide the basic skills and knowledge that could save a life. The course is based on the principle that even limited training in Automated External Defibrillation (AED) has been shown to boost its efficacy by providing participants with a unified, consistent experience in realistic scenarios.
Those with little or no medical expertise who need a course completion card for job, regulatory, or other purposes, or who just wish to be prepared in the event of an emergency.
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support course builds on the techniques learned in the Basic Life Support course and emphasizes the importance of performing high-quality CPR on a continual basis. The training is aimed at healthcare professionals and those who work with adult patients.

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course emphasizes the significance of using a systemic approach when assessing, identifying, and treating emergency situations in children. Participants learn basic life support, advanced life support interventions and resuscitation skills. The course is intended for healthcare providers who manage respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies, as well as cardiopulmonary arrest in children.

The BLS Instructor Essentials Course is designed to prepare instructor candidates to teach AHA instructor-led and blended learning BLS Provider courses. It educates instructor candidates on how to use AHA instructor teaching materials, ensure that students meet learning objectives, offer student coaching skills, provide an objective skills performance evaluation, and follow AHA instructor and course policies. The course covers core content and discipline-specific content required to teach AHA courses.
