Nuthen Elsa Babu is a speech-language pathologist with over 10 years of experience of clinical experience in in diagnosing and treating speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across paediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Swallowing Disorders from Barcelona University, Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Dr. M.V. Shetty College of Speech and Hearing, India. Nuthen is licensed by the Department of Health (UAE) and the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and is a certified Autism Specialist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, AAC Practitioner, AVT technician and Oral Placement Therapist.
Nuthen specializes in providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that empowers children while guiding and involving families throughout their developmental journey.
She has worked extensively in both India and the UAE across school-based, clinical, and multidisciplinary pediatric therapy settings.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, ADHD, and learning disabilities, as well as adults with neurogenic communication disorders such as Aphasia, Dysarthria, Apraxia, and Dysphagia.
