Zidan Fathi Shahadeh Salman is the Director of Case Management at Amana Healthcare.
Zidan completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from Al Zaytoonah University Jordan in 2008 and obtained his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Anglia Ruskin, UK in 2022.
He started his career as a Registered Nurse in Surgical ICU at Al Essra Hospital – Amman Jordan for 2 years, before moving to UAE in 2011. Zidan continued his career as a Registered Nurse in the UAE and held multiple senior positions such as Senior Team Leader in Surgical ICU, Senior Pediatric Critical Care Nurse, Senior SICU Dialysis CRRT Nurse, and Infection Control Link Nurse, in a Government Hospital before joining Amana Healthcare as a Case Manager in 2017.
Zidan holds a Certification in Infection Control from New York State Licensure, in 2015, a CMSA Certification and Fellowship from The American Academy of Case Management, in 2019, a Certification in Healthcare Information Management for Quality and Performance Improvement from WAVE Consultancy and Development, in 2020 and a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Chestnut Education, in 2022.
