Dr. Jason Gray is Chief Executive Officer of Amana Healthcare, the Middle East’s leading provider of long-term care, specialized rehabilitation, and home healthcare services.
Dr. Jason previously held the role of Senior Director, Clinical Operations for Amana. Dr Gray spent over 25 years working for the National Health Service (NHS) in England in senior clinical and leadership positions before joining Amana in 2020. He was influential in developing national and international hospital standards as a representative of the Royal College of Nursing and the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health. Dr. Jason has received numerous honors throughout his career, including the Variety Club of Great Britain award and the Pioneer of Caring award for his contributions to nursing.
Dr. Jason has also held Honorary Senior Lecturer positions at Middlesex University and University of Brighton. He has also worked as a specialist advisor for the Care Quality Commission that regulates Health and Social Care in England.
An Irish national, Dr Gray holds a Doctor in Healthcare Degree from King’s College London, a Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice and a BSc (Hons.) in Nursing from Middlesex University London.
